i made carrot cake on the weekend!
my first time baking it and first time eating it.
i always thought i didn't like it but it turns out i love it!
it makes me think that i should try a few other things...
admittedly, mine didn't have three layers of cream cheese icing,
but i still think it was delicious and i will be making it again soon.
now i just need to conquer some other foods, like oysters and tuna.
i get the feeling i'm not going to like them as much!
so i think i will hold off just a little longer...
